![]() ![]() The book is longer than most self-help books you find but is certainly worth the read. You can catch some of Tony's seminars on YouTube to get a gist. However if you want to improve your life and you believe in Tony's techniques go for this. I think this books will not appeal to people who are against self-help stuff. He gives you tools to change your "master system" and automatically change your life. He devotes significant portion of the cook to explain "the master system" a system which controls your life. The most important thing I found personally is what is called NAC "Nero-Associative Conditioning" He gives 5 ways in which you can use NAC to virtually change any habit or induce new habits in a matter of minutes that would otherwise take years. He devotes separate chapters to each of these tools. The tools in this book are very simple to understand and apply. The great news is that this will work for anyone. The book is mostly geared towards giving you tools that you can use starting today, everyday in your life and improve the quality of your results. Tony Robbins is a excellent "success coach" as he likes to call himself. The book has had a very profound impact on my life. Or if you want to change a habit or your life all together and are looking for a way then this book can be a great help. If you are looking for an all-rounder motivation book, or are interested in mind and human behavior. I believe this book contains so much value that every one must have a copy of this books in their collection. One thing i noticed about this book was its font size.they are quite small as compared to the other books that i have read.the book content is little compressed.for a better reference i'm some pics. Initially you might find this book a bit boring (my friends did) because the author talks about what this book contains and can do for over and over again. This book contains so much wisdom that i have underlined most of my book. Įvery section of this book contains various activities and sequential steps about how one can make a change in oneself which i found very good and thought provoking and one can found himself involved in this book.Īt the end of each chapter the author summarize's it very brilliantly. ETC are some of the concept covered in this giant book. The importance and impact of WORDS ,vocabulary in developing once character.ĮMOTIONS and and there impact and how to use them in self empowerment. The concept of CANI ! (constant and never ending improvement) The concept of NAC ( neuro - associative conditioning). the author discusses various topics of self improvement in details with a lot of real references This book is the powerhouse of motivation. "" if we link massive pain and pleasure to anything, we can use this understanding to harness the force of pain and pleasure to change virtually anything in our life"" The author shares his philosophy about pain and pleasure and says our likes and dislikes,behavior patterns and habits are evolved from this. This book is massive and targets on every aspect of self improvement. ![]()
